All products are carefully packaged and shipped directly from Korea. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for heavy or bulky items.
International Shipping
We also ship to countries outside of Australia. Shipping costs for countries other than Australia may vary depending on the region.

If there are additional shipping charges, KROOVE will review your order and send an email regarding these charges after your payment is processed.
Pre-Order Information

- Pre-orders are non-refundable once the order has been placed and confirmed.
Shipping:

- Please note that this is an estimated date and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays, or due to the time required to obtain the product.
- In some cases, the tracking number may be issued before the actual shipment departure date.
