Return Policy

Non-Returnable Conditions:
Minor scratches and blemishes due to the nature of the product are not considered defects.Wear and tear on the outer box is not grounds for exchange or return.

Issue Resolution:
For issues due to defects, incorrect shipments, or missing items, please contact us via email with a video showing the information stated on the caution sticker attached to the package.

If the video is too large to attach to your post, email it to [kroove.official.82@gmail.com], and we will assist you after reviewing it.

Compensation:
Instead of returns, we offer compensation such as store credit or discounts on future purchases.If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos or videos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a suitable compensation.
